ALTERNATOR REMOVAL TOOL
If you do your own work you will want this tool and also 1251 Oil Cover Nut Removal Tool in your tool box.These special tools make removing these parts much, much esier. It is worth the money!
Note: The alternator tool is a hardened dowel pin that we have cut to the proper length. This is not a taper pin. Taper pins are soft as well as most other things you can put in there which will bend and then it is lodged in the hole and you can't do anything else until you get it out.
